Hey folks, I'm off to Calgary this summer! I'll be there on an internship with an inner-city organization that works with Calgary's homeless called The Mustard Seed Street Ministry. My main role is known as the Fund Development Researcher. I'll let you know what that means once I get there :)
I'm really looking forward to this internship for a number of reasons. 1) I'm excited to learn about how Canada's other cities are working to alleviate/end poverty. Learning from other organizations will be eye-opening, I'm sure. 2) It will be great to live in another Canadian city for an extended period of time. 3) Lake Louise + hiking = good times!
